My name is B.
I just turned 30 in June 2014. A few months before that I decided to once and for all get a real grip on my health, fitness and my weight. In five months so far, I have lost just over 40lbs with good old fashioned healthy diet and exercise. I’ve got a long way to go but I’ve also come so far on so many levels.
I am a married, first-time Mom with one bulldozer of a toddler, a few cats and many hijinks past, present and definitely future. Being a wife and mother do not define me as a whole, however, I like to think I’m pretty damn good in both roles and they help me be a better version of myself.
I’m looking forward to continued progress with the support of the weight loss blogging community and otherwise!
